Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Attach clear photos of the issue
We will replace the item at no cost or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we can process an exchange as long as the item is eligible and in stock.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.
